Frequently Asked Questions

Still need help?
How long do I have access to a course?

You receive lifetime access to recorded content and updates for that course. Cohort extras—like live sessions—are available for the duration of the cohort and uploaded when possible.

What’s the difference between cohort and self-paced?

Cohorts include scheduled build-alongs, critique sessions, and deadlines. Self-paced grants immediate access and you can still share work for feedback in community threads.

Do you teach foam-free mechanics?

Yes. Foam-free is our default. Expect re-usable armatures, chicken wire, water sources, and rigging that meet venue safety requirements.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 14-day refund window for courses not yet started (no module unlocked). For cohorts, refunds are available up to 7 days before start. See Terms.

Do you issue certificates?

Yes. Complete the required projects and quizzes to download a branded certificate. Certificates recognize learning but are not academic degrees.

Are there prerequisites?

Courses are labeled Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced. Each description lists any expected skills or tools so you can choose confidently.

What tools and supplies do I need?

You’ll need floristry basics—snips, tape, wire, buckets—and stems sourced locally. Every course includes a shopping list and budget range.

How do critiques work?

Post builds with recipe and intent. Mentors and peers respond with time-stamped suggestions, proportion notes, and alternatives you can try on the next rep.

Can my employer sponsor my learning?

Yes. We can invoice studios and brands. Contact support for purchasing options and group seats.
